/ The challenge
A TikTok live stream is chaos: a fast chat, short codes with typos, two buyers claiming the same item. After the stream, every buyer has to be contacted, charged and confirmed through different channels. Then there's stock, invoicing and shipping labels, each in an app that doesn't talk to the others.Three separate areas that, left in separate tools, eat up time and orders.
/ What we built
Live capture
The system listens to the TikTok chat in real time, catches the claims, recognises the codes even with typos and reserves the stock for the first buyer. The seller no longer loses orders in the speed of the chat.
Buyer communication
After the stream, buyers automatically receive a checkout link on WhatsApp. Confirmations and follow-ups go out from the system; the seller no longer sends messages by hand.
Centralised back office
CRM, inventory, invoicing and Sameday and Cargus shipping labels, all from a single interface. Stock stays in sync and documents go out automatically after payment.
/ How it works
During the stream, LiveSell listens to the TikTok chat and recognises claims on the spot. Stock is reserved for the first buyer and the order lands in the seller's dashboard for confirmation.After the stream, buyers get the checkout on WhatsApp. Payment triggers the courier label automatically and the CRM updates itself.

Next.js & React
Front end for the live control panel. It reacts instantly to the stream of claims and shows stock levels in real time, without refreshes.
Cloud connection
The TikTok Live stream is captured through a dedicated cloud channel. The seller installs nothing and works entirely from the browser.
Integrations
Sameday, Cargus, WhatsApp Business. Shipping labels go to the courier and checkouts to the buyer straight from the system, with no open tabs and no copy-paste.
