How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Rune Rivals account and associated data, please email us at:

Email: contact@trueview.ro
Subject line: “Rune Rivals Account Deletion Request”

In your email, please include the Google/Apple account ID or the email address linked to your game profile so we can identify and process your request.

What Happens When You Request Deletion

When we receive your deletion request:

• Data Deleted:
  • Account profile (username, identifiers linked to Google/Apple sign-in)
  • Gameplay progress and achievements
  • Multiplayer or leaderboard data
  • In-app purchase history associated with your account
• Data Retained for a Limited Time (up to 30 days):
  • Backup and system security logs (for fraud prevention and integrity checks)
  • Transaction records required for legal or tax compliance

After this period, all retained data is permanently deleted or anonymized.

Data That Cannot Be Deleted

Some records may remain where deletion is not technically possible or legally required, such as:

• Purchase receipts stored by Google Play or Apple (we do not directly control this)
• Aggregated analytic data that is anonymous and cannot identify you
